These systems enabled in organization to capture faxes and forms, to save copies of the documents as images, and to store the image files in the repository for security and quick retrieval. This system consists of modules such as metadata, integration, data validation, indexing, storage, retrieval, distribution, security, workflow, collaboration, versioning, searching, etc.

File Management Process was the Uploading and Saving Process of Physical Data File via user’ role assessment and sharing uploaded data through the department by giving permission access.
